Long story short: taking dad to Oahu for 70th bday

Looked at hotels and AirBnB. Wanting to see if any 2ndlighters have connection/friend in Waikiki who has accommodations for 5 for last week in June. If so, hit me up with a PM. Need to finalize room(s).

Take a look at RCI. Dependable reviews and if it is "Gold Crown" there are no worries.

RCI Honolulu

Also, check places and reviews on Trip Advisor. And, regardless, Honowoowoo aint cheap.

Marriott Man here.....expect about $130 night + $25 day for parking at Courtyard Marriott or other interior hotels without ocean view. I really like the Waikiki Marriott but $$$ ($275-320/ Ocean view) The 5 star is JW Marriott ($320++) is really nice even to go check out their grounds (sharks, rays, huge fish ponds, amazing decor simply stunning).  For the North Shore $15 night Camping Ocean front, PM if you want more info. We usually spend 1 night in town/Camp/then one night back to clean up and pack for da' plane.

Go check out the JW Marriott for Breakfast, it is worth it.

Dont know if this in in your price range, but I have stayed at the Iliaki 3 times and it was nice. Right next door to the Hilton and all it has as well as being able to see Ala Moana Bowls from this room (at least I think you can) I usually stay in a 1-2 person room. Ilikai room 1525 Edit looks like you can see 3's but not Bowls itself.
