I was a big fan of the original O'neil Superfreaks/Hyperfreaks when they came out.
You could stretch them like a bungee cord and it made all the difference in not getting your nuts racked in a good wipeout. I've been wearing them ever since, but have noticed that they don't stretch like they used to- the price has come way down (bought em direct from Oneil on Amazon) but it seems like they have compromised on quality. This new pair I have barely even stretches- this is basically my test: if I have them on, I should be able to take a leak in the bushes just by stretching the leg opening to one side- I shouldnt have to untie the trunks. All my past pairs did this no problem- this pair doesnt stretch in the leg enough to do it- so that sucks. Sooo.. I'm looking for another brand anybody have recommendations? I try to get just plain black trunks- no crazy colors/patterns, and it helps if they arent frikkin $100. Thanks in advance for any advice. |
