To judge from Instagram, he's perhaps been up on the Washington coast. Would recommend "Beneath Cold Seas: The Underwater Wilderness of the Pacific Northwest" Photos by David Hall. A joint Canada/US (UW Press) book. The Costco in Portland would host a dive shop in winter. That's when Puget Sound and other areas have clear water. Also freshwater kayak season. |
