Mature Jakarta about 30' tall totally uprooted. Got the thing pulled up, trimmed up and propped up about 2 weeks ago & have been giving it plenty of water.......Today it is sprouting new growth.

Man these mangos are tough !!!!!

It is probably going to super flower in the spring since it got stressed out. Cool news it made it! Now just wish for a warm winter with no hard freeze!

"stressed out "

I think I was more stressed out than my uprooted mango tree !

I really love those Jakarta Mangos.

I have since seen several on Cocoa Beach that were uprooted and the owners just cut them up rather than trying to save them
