Any experienced arborists or even homeowners know about how many trash cans full of leaves mature oak tree leaves shed per month/year?

Just tyring to thin the work load and thought this probably a good place to start. Sorry if wrong forum

Thanks!

bag them up and I'll take them off your hands.

I would put it at about a shit load. I'd estimate somewhere around 20 cans if you want something a little more definite.

No way paddleout. Leaves are just messy. You should definitely rake them all up, bag them, and ping me. Today and today only, I'll pick them up for free.

LOL. My 200 year old oaks are a mulch making machine! Especially after Matthew.

Earthworms, natures little soil factories, love oak leaves. Jonesy, I suggest you visit some garden and perhaps question the mainstream view on what a yard should look like. Blue pill or Red pill?

Oak leaves decompose surprisingly fast.  So one of the uses of beds, especially shrub beds, is as places to dump leaves, where they magically disappear.
