I'm loving all the rain the past few days. Glad we aren't getting hit by a Hurricane (knock on wood). The change in the weather has been nice. We are dodging the storms and have to keep vigilant on this Hurricane season as it seems like we are in a pinball machine currently. However, the weather has cooled off some and the rain makes me happy...

Looks like we are back to above average humidity and overnight temperatures but below average coverage of diurnal storms. It's been a long summer for the garden. I'm not sure that the temperature has gotten down to the long term median daily minimum once since June 1st. I can't remember ever having as many nights where the temperature is 83-84 degrees at daybreak as we have had this year.

True it was a hot summer. NWS melbourne was tracking the number of days we broke 90F. This morning I felt a tinge of fall in the air. Can't wait for our first cold front!
