She can't believe that members of the Trump party would fund their government. This is not what she wanted. A much better solution would have been to shut down the government, refuse to fund it unless the laundry list of grievances are met and then move the goal posts once they are. What's funny is that she too was briefed on Ukraine and the threat Russia poses, which seemed to have had quite an impression on Johnson, but MTG just charges on, despite having classified information justifying why providing support for Ukraine is absolutely in the US's interests. She's only able to do this because the information is classified. If this information becomes public, she will have to explain why she supported Ukraine's downfall at a time when aid was crucial.
