Only 12 percent of American voters say the Republican health care plan would have a positive impact on their health care

Voters disapprove 61 - 29 percent of the way President Trump is handling health care.

With that being said, Trumpcare is a cruel joke on his supporters, as is the proposed budget plan.

The GOP hates the working class. And the elderly. And the poor.
