Here's Why Live TV Killer was Reprimanded by His Bosses
Michael Cantrell
August 27, 2015 ?

Vester Flanagan, the former journalist who murdered a reporter and her camera operator on live television had a history of "appalling journalistic standards" and for insubordination, evidenced by his many reprimands, one of which included wearing an Obama button while reporting on an election.

It's important to look at this man's past because it gives clear clues into his psyche and what drove him to end the lives of two innocent people.

Check this out.

From The Daily Mail:

Warped TV reporter Vester Lee Flanagan exasperated bosses with his 'stiff and nervous' delivery, his inability to use a teleprompter - and by wearing a President Obama badge during an election report, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

Management at WDBJ dubbed the failed newsman the 'human tape recorder' because he frequently parroted what interviewees had told him rather than doing his own journalism.

Flanagan, 41, clashed repeatedly with photojournalists, belittling them in public and intimidating them with his violent temper, according to internal reports.

He was also censured for wearing an Obama sticker while recording a segment at a polling booth during the 2012 US Presidential Election - a clear breach of journalistic impartiality.

The complaints are outlined in court papers seen by Daily Mail Online that include a scathing performance review carried out prior to his termination in Feb 2013.

The station filed the documents to rebutt a wrongful termination claim which he had brought, claiming he was the victim of discrimination because he was black and gay. The station won the case.

Flanagan earned a dismal 1 out of 5 score in several categories for his poor communication skills and a failure to show respect to colleagues.

Apparently Flanagan also received criticism for missing deadlines repeatedly and producing reports that were confusing to viewers.

In other words, he wasn't a very good journalist, and that's why he was fired.

Contrary to what Flanagan and the fake outrage machine on the far left want you to believe, he wasn't fired because he was black or gay.

This was a man who clearly had some serious issues and for whatever reason couldn't stomach the idea of taking responsibility for his own career failures and decided to take out his rage on two innocent people.

Anyone with even a drop of journalism training knows you can't wear the button of a particular candidate on your clothing while doing a news report because that's an obvious bias.

This guy just didn't like to do his job, nor did he like to follow the rules.

Sadly, this monster ended two beautiful lives who had bright futures ahead of them, and nothing can change that now.

Thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the families of those involved in this tragedy.

Can you find one example anywhere of anyone other than Flanagan claiming that he was wrongly terminated?

The media is the fake outrage machine right? The fake outrage machine is what fired him. So I don't think the fake outrage machine is claiming that it fired him because he was black or gay. That would go against their agenda.

Ooo, I've got it. This was a false flag meant to take away our guns.

It's a bold and risky move by The Powers That Be.

They had been actively promoting racial tension with BLM and "fake outrage machine". But now they are willing to through BLM under the bus in order to redouble their efforts at the more important goal of taking away our guns.

I would like to know if he was taking any antidepressant medication, other than the use of a firearm, seems to be the one link between all of these "crazies."

Wonder why there is so much attention on the tool used, instead of the root cause of the action itself?

Interesting, yet no serious discussion about it.

http://www.wnd.com/2015/06/big-list-of-drug-induced-killers/

"It is a well-documented fact that in the 1980s, a shift occurred in the direction of treating the mentally ill. Rather than institutionalize them, the preferred method was to “mainstream” them, encouraging them to function in society while being treated with a mind-numbing array of new anti-depressants being developed by the pharmaceutical industry.

WND has compiled a list of killings committed by persons who had used mind-altering drugs or recently come off of them at the time of their crimes"

Those anti-depressant meds sound effing terrible. It does seem to be a common link between a lot of these crazies.

Treating mental illness with chemicals is insane,
but very profitable.

I can't believe the number of commercials I see for prescription drugs and some of the symptoms sound worse than the original modality.

I've found most of my issues can be treated with a plant I can grow myself.

Often profitable, but how many other effective treatments are there for chemical imbalances in the brain?

Edit: The trick is getting an accurate diagnosis so you can prescribe the correct med (if one exists).

Unfortunately, the insurance issue raises its ugly head again, where they won't pay for expensive diagnostics, and patients typically can't afford them given the high deductibles, so the psych doctors are forced to take their best guess based on patient interviews.

The wrong Rx is worse than no Rx at all.

It is hard to have a serious discussion about an article in Weekly World News.

"It is a well-documented fact that in the 1980s, a shift occurred in the direction of treating the mentally ill. Blind squirrel may have stumbled onto a nut though.

Throwing pills at problems is popular. However, medicating crazy people into functional normalcy may not be the best or safest option. It is probably cheaper than locking them up though.

The phrase "Gone of his meds" has been around awhile so it isn't like it is news that crazy people sometimes come unglued when the thing that was regulated is taken away.

The question is whether or not drugs are making people less stable or making us more complacent about dangerously unbalanced people when meds make them seem normal enough.

There is also the issue of funding and having enough resources available to match the condition with the right drug. Seems the wrong combo is bad.

So, because the list comes from Weekly World News, the list, and documented fact that this killers were on meds is irrevalent??

The point you are missing, is "recently gone off of his meds". As is "Do not stop taking this medication until consulting your doctor." Or, in other words, this drug has chemicaly fcked with your brain/body so much, that without it, bad things happen.

There is the also the issue (and main one, IMO) of the fact that BigPharma is a top contributing lobby, so we can't let the public know the danger, and hold them accountable, to whatever ills are the result of thier product(s).
