As Cruz scares the sh!to out of a 5 year old with "Your whole world is on fire" and, unfortunately he wasn't referring to global warming. At least then he might have been justified.

Maybe you should check out the facts before you spout the libtard media lies!

Yes. His double-speak on freedom issues. His arguing in favor of state sponsored religion in the Texas State Capitol. The government shutdown.

He sanitizes the image for public consumption but then the videos of his meetings with David Barton et al. are floating around out there.

On the sanitizing note, the endorsement of him by David Barton has disappeared from TedCruz.org.

Strange thing too. His education background should put him in a position to know that Oral Roberts educated pseudohistorians like Barton are scammers but he aligns with them. Might be because his dad is in cahoots with Benny Hinn's ex and that's just how they roll in their crusade to "plunder the riches of the wicked".

If you don't mind, can you choose two or three that aren't in the "Civil Rights/Abortion" categories? Those are important, but I have an idea of where you might disagree with him on those issues already (and am happy if you want to elucidate those further). I'm more surprised that you disagree with him on almost everything else, so if you could pick one thing from a few of the other categories (e.g., Budget and Economy) that would be great.

Cruz wants to restore the U.S. to the greatness it had before the PiC came along and made us a laughing stock. WG and other progs don't want the U.S. to be great again.

Look, it is a fools game to ask these people anything. If you asked a roach about its thoughts on Cruz, you'd likely get a more intelligent response than from these progs.

1. " Ted Cruz, R-Texas, questions whether global warming is real, arguing that the "data are not supporting what the advocates are arguing."

Flat out wrong.
Either ignorant or lying.

2. The Texas senator strongly opposes "net neutrality," which would block Internet providers from charging different rates or having different policies for different pieces of Internet content.

Wrong.
Net Neutrality is fundamental to freedom.

Yes, Cruz wants to 'restore' the U.S. to 2008.

Some thoughts on Cruz from a friend of mine:

"......Republican Senator Ted Cruz (Texas) is sort of the new Michele Bachmann, the new take-no-prisoners hero of the grassroots right wing of our country.
He's a demagogue, pure and simple. To some, the Brylcreem-wearing Senator from Texas is even worse than a slightly more masculine Michele Bachman, he's a Joseph McCarthy redux.

Cruz is a bit like a grown-up, oilier version of Andrew Breitbart's boy wonder, Ben Shapiro.
Whatever happens, Cruz is a wildly entertaining figure and I hope he remains the greasy public face of the Republican Party for a while to come....."

Constitutionally, I think he wants to take us back to about 1850.

He's damn near a re-incarnated Jesse Helms.

I don't think he's such a long shot. He's a smart politician that knows how to talk to his base. He has a good shot at corralling the wing-nut vote (one of these men will) and making a lot of noise in the primaries.

I'd take 2008 in a second over now.

How many reasons would you like that Ted Cruz is an assclown of epic proportion.

One guess on what he signed up for today?

ding , ding, ding.....winner, winner, chicken dinner........whooo hooo....teabags and repugs nothing but laughs, and its just getting started.
