House Republicans just passed a bill forbidding scientists from advising the EPA on their own research

Why would you want scientists to advise the epa when you can load up the committee with politicians and lobbyists? I have to conclude that Republicans want to take us back to the dark ages.

Yes, lobbyists are the perfect model for telling capitalists what to do. However, the EPA is struggling with trying to please two major lobbyist groups when it comes to ethanol.
