I had read the original story before, and then just yesterday saw the order that his money be returned.

This is the kind of stuff that doesn't make it onto CNN, much less into presidential debates. Important topic and major shame.

This will happen more in the current climate of politicians claiming to be Pro law enforcement, which means, giving cops more leeway, less supervision, less oversight and more support regardless of the cause.
