That's as miserable as it gets. Getting a waist high chop wave close to shore and maybe one turn for an hour session and looking like Dick Cheney hunting partner after.

I was lucky in that Moons only gave me a little itch like rolling around in fresh mowed St Augustine grass with no shirt on. Nothing to feel or see by the time I got home.

Sad to say that one of the byproducts of our increasing coastal and estuarine (IRL locally) eutrophication is "jellyfish bloom". I haven't really noticed this yet, have you? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wik...20lead%20to%20hypoxia.
