i spent 35 dollar copay to go to the urgent care place my primary was on vacation, i asked ahead of time if its a doctor they said yes..it was a PA, anyway he ddnt even want to do a xray since he said if your backs broke it would of hurt much worse....and wouldnt of taken an hour after being out of the water.. I will just asume its muslce or a disk issue. But I did see stories online people saying they were in just minor pain and then found out it was actually a broken back..

Ignoring the issue because you're afraid of the doctor is a naive approach to your health. I had a family member die ignoring an abdominal pain because they were afraid of going to the hospital. Turns out it was a ruptured gall bladder that caused sepsis. If you don't feel right don't ask the internet for a diagnosis. I work with doctors every day. They have seen a lot more situations than you might think.

Can't see your whole post. But I hope you've found some resolution from a medical doctor. Like some on here have pointed out. You could be causing more damage. Potentially could paralyze yourself. For the time, avoid all bending lift or twisting.
