Rehab is so expensive but Matt needs intensive therapy to get him walking again. In just a few weeks, this new rehab center has gotten Matt standing for the first time since his accident as well as moving much better and getting stronger. Please help if you can and share so others may help also.

Is it time for another CERTON Cares golf tournament at Cocoa Beach CC?

Last one raised more than $10,000 for Matt and we had a good time doing it.

He's been making great strides (literally) and we'd like to see that progress continue all the way back to the water.

i'm in for golf too.  May and June weekends are really busy already, but tell me when.  I'll help organize if you need help.  I also hope to hand you a check at the watermans this year.  Are you going to be there?

That tourny was awesome, I had a blast, sorry to the greens keeper for putting pork chop sized divots everywhere!

If more than $50,000 can be raised for a dog Help Save Haus (and I do love animals too)
we can do as good, or better.


My understanding is that the physical therapy treatments for Matt, that are helping the most, are very expensive.
That physical therapy is showing positive results and more progress. These treatments are roughly $200 per session
with three sessions per week. And it appears the insurance is not covering it that much, if at all.

Again, $50,000 is great for a dog, but would also be nice to help Matt.
This can be achieved by spreading the word.
(they have now stopped accepting donations for the dog)

The more than $50k for the dog was raised at an average of $28 <<-------------
with a little more than 1800 people contributing. <<-------------
$5-$10-$20 adds up quickly.

It's not the amount, its the number of contributors.
Small amounts can add up quickly .
That was done by getting the word out. Yes, it was on the news and that helped.

Sorry I didn't let you know artz!  I seriously thought we were just going to hang out at the beach.  But, Matt was full on "we're going surfing".  I was scared to death, but he couldn't quit laughing.  Even when he fell off he was laughing and telling everyone to settle down.  We actually messed him up by holding on.  The news didn't show it, but the 2 waves where we let go he did a better job.  It was really crazy and really fun.  It was good R & D for getting the real thing shaped.  He seriously laughed like a little kid the entire time.
