I like how, in the description, they recommend it for surfing reef and point breaks. Last time I checked Florida has neither. Pretty strange for a board that was supposed to be for east coast waves.

The nose is more pulled in than the ones that I had.

Hey, , , , I used to ride the one I had at "2nd Point" all the time, and occasionally at the Cocoa Beach reef.

The original was spec'd with an 18 inch nose.

I forgot about second point! They ruined it when they removed all the busted up concrete and re-bar :-)

Did they remove all that stuff or just bury it? Geez...I remember it was treacherous walking over that, especially with a decent swell at high tide. Never did ride a GP model...maybe I can now!

They removed it for environmental reasons ( plus it probably kept a lot of surfers from getting tetanus shots). The original GP was a great rider, as good as anything out there now. I suspect the only similarity the new one has to the original is the graphics.

I think you might have your breaks confused...I believe the concrete/ rebar was at AP Shack

Had the same situation at Patrick Pier, Pierless, Hangers, Hangerless.
