SI was definitely NOT the place for the last swell. MH had a few epic sessions according to SUPr's that caught it good. Personally I didn't see it working that well and it was epic north of there so why bother with the paddle battle.

North Jetty wasn't much better than SI when you add in the crowd factor made it nofun when empty waves twice the size were available 45 min north.
