Grass Hopper its whats for dinner!!

 

The Shrike impales the hopper on the barb so he (or she) could eat comfortably.

Way to go!! Outstanding documentation of the Loggerhesd Shrike impailing it's pray. Most people never see this, much less photograph the action. Job well done!!
