However you did click the button that says "I agree" for each of the user names or "handles" you signed up, and by clicking on that button you agreed to abide by those terms and conditions with "you" being the user.    Most normal people understand what that means.

In any case, the words could easily be reviewed and tweaked. So Thank you for pointing that out.    

In the mean time keep in mind that  "We may, at our own discretion, may bar registration to this Forum(s) from any specific email service or ISP."

Also, "In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you, this Forum(s) reserves the right to reveal your identity and any other information we may know about you."
