To me that means you did not enjoy serving in the military because you did not embrace their values. You looked the other way and continued to "know better" than your generals. Sound like someone we all know? I would assume you had bad leadership that did not see to it you got that education but our conversation tells me you ignored it as you could care less and quite frankly frown upon it. Its not a claim, DoD mandate is a DoD mandate. A lot of times it was called EEO training or HR training It was required by every unit to do so. Ground pounders more than anyone else have down days, so Job classification has nothing to with it. Like I said, you had the training. If you didn't go had poor leadership. I know that's not the case. MARINES ARE AS BY THE BOOK as the come.
