here is their website, hf did not show all the doctors but Jewett is in the network so all the docs are too. Jewett took care of the pre authorization and hf has payed the bill.

Just got back from seeing Dr. Barnard for two week post op and he told me everything looks good
Told him I am still sleeping in the recliner, which I think is the worst part, so he gave me an rx for Ambien, must get some sleep.
So far I would give Dr. Barnard 5 stars and my home pt person has been great too. Out patient pt evaluation next week at the Health Plex in MI where I will be asking for Louise. Thanks for the insights and recommendations.

Ambien sucks.....groggy all the next day. Try Flexeril, valium or Xanax. Very low dose.....2.5mg of valium will put me to sleep for at least 5 hours. People try to open doors on aircraft when on Ambien....crazy dreams also...

Professer Hopf. Trier Germany. 2012 The head of the humerus was broken into 12 pieces. The neck of the humerus was broken in 2 places.... I still have that titanium plate and all the screws. No problem. 98% rotation. PT was hot yoga and swimming. No pain, no gain..... Edited: 02/04/2019 at 05:07 PM by RocketSurf |

hey I may know that guy! yes ambien sucks but don't they all slept in bed last night not well but it will take a little adjustment. out of the sling down to as needed!
