These are very difficult to find, and almost never offered for sale. They require a fairly deep pot to germinate (I put 10 or so in a 1 & 1/2 gallon pot which is about 7 inches deep) In pure Spaghum moss, so the chances of rotting are very low. In Satellite. 321-265-1494

Cool. My biggest white elephant is just over 6 feet tall. the fronds reach that high. about a foot of trunk.

All five of mine are firmly growing the initial root, kinda like a tap root. Awaiting the next stage which is to dig up the structure and re-plant with the large seed propped up above ground and the sprout re-buried. Totally new process to me, unlike any other palm I have grown, so thanks Coconuts for the cool project. Cant wait to see future progress...
