Friday night into Saturday morning will be the coldest night of the
season so far, with lows falling into the low 30s for most areas and
the mid 30s along the Treasure Coast. A Freeze Watch has been issued
for Lake and Volusia Counties. A Freeze Warning will likely be
needed further south than this, but these locations have the highest
confidence of seeing temperatures below freezing at this time. A
Wind Chill Advisory may also be needed, as wind chills fall into the
mid 20s from Melbourne northward and the upper 20s along the
Treasure Coast with winds around 5-10mph. Be sure to take
precautions in protecting sensitive plants, pipes, and pets!
