Went out of the Bokellia ramp at odark thirty with the wife yesterday. Using topwaters exclusively. Got over 15 trout, 2 , 18 inchers, couple of 16s. all released.

Also got into a bunch of mangrove snapper. Limited on 10 of those. Fillets.

Went to lunch at Cabbage Key. Yep, got the "cheeseburger in paradise".

However, started cruising to the east side of Caya Costa just south of Boca Grande.

Lots of dead fish. Mostly pinfish. Several acres. Guess the red tide is not done yet.

I am out in "the lagoon" on Friday.

wow hate to hear about the red tide but nice catches, I'll take those mango's over any other inshore fish I can think of. They are thick up in Jax right now which is nice fun fighters too!
