Such obsession. Remember when you libtarded profits foresaw the destruction of Twitter when Elon took over and fired 75% of its work force?

Now it has record traffic, and is a trusted news source for some of you....lol.

And no, it's not a trusted news source for anyone with a brain.

If I was going to hate on Tesla, I would probably do it because they have less style than a Toyota Camry or a Honda Accord, but not because the owner of the company supports free speech.

yea. my Prius was a great car, still running perfect at 150K, gets 50 MPG, swallows a 10 foot log or a washing machine.
I give mine to my daughter, ought to go another 10 years for her.

So, are Democrats saying that Elon Musk has done more damage to society by allowing Americans access to a platform that supports free speech than he has done good for the environment by heading the EV producer with the largest market share by far?

Are they saying that they never really believed that EV's have any tangible positive impact on the environment and they just like to use them to virtue signal?

Is this lady saying that what her friends say about the opinions of a CEO are more important to her than the positive impact her EV could be having on the environment?

I knew a lot of people are really fragile right now but I had no idea it was this bad.

She's not exactly saying it means more, just admitting that the Brand is attached to him, that it matters some.

Probably because the car looks at least somewhat interesting and like it may be worth at least a fraction of what is printed on the price tag.

If you can't already tell, I think Tesla are some of the ugliest cars on the road today. Why in the hell are all these people paying $100K+ for a car that looks like a Ford Taurus and can't transport you over 300-400 miles without the driver having to plot out his trip like he is embarking on a sea voyage before hitting the road.

Are you saying that you believe that people who support free speech deserve a visit from the karma fairy? What has Musk done to you that makes you believe he deserves bad karma?

You can't make what up? Are you saying that you can't believe that this Karen in Connecticut spends all of her waking hours worrying about what people think about her and whether her Democrat friends are going to cancel her from their needlepoint group for having an opinion of her own? Really? You can't believe that? You need to get out more.

To be fair, the aesthetics of the prius only had one direction that it could possibly go. Pretty much anything is an improvement from the first couple of generations. They are pretty much for people who can't afford Teslas by hey, there needs to be a market for that buyer too.

Also, that guy really closely matches who I would envision drives one.

Elon Musk banks almost $12B of Tesla money in seven days

Tesla shares rally after electric vehicle company clears $24B in fourth-quarter revenue

Tesla will lead EV market for 'quite some time': R 'Ray' Wang

Constellation Research founder R 'Ray' Wang joins 'Varney & Co.' to discuss Tesla shares following its record revenue and earnings report.

Elon Musk added another $11.98 billion to his bank account over the last week, as tracked by the Dow Jones Market Data Group.

The most recent filings show Musk holds 423,622,000 shares in Tesla worth $53.87 billion as of close of trading on Jan. 19. The total value of those holdings jumped to $67.89 billion based on Thursday's closing price.

The weekly total doesn't account for Musk's other assets and liabilities as CEO of SpaceX and Twitter, founder of The Boring Company and co-founder of Neuralink and OpenAI. Forbes lists Musk's overall worth at $168.7 billion.

Tesla is up nearly 25% over the past five days and up 48% since the start of the year. The stock remains the Nasdaq 100's best performer, despite being down approximately 42% over the past year.

Shares have also rallied the last month, revving almost 30% into the green. Tesla is currently on its longest winning streak since Sept.12, 2022, when it rose for five straight trading days.

Fourth-quarter earnings

In its latest earnings release on Wednesday, Tesla said it generated about $24.32 billion in fourth-quarter revenue, marking a 37% increase from the same three-month period last year. The company's profits saw a roughly 59% jump from 2021's Q4 to $3.7 billion, while its adjusted earnings per share came in at $1.19.

Refinitiv estimates for revenue and earnings per share were $24.16 billion and $1.13 respectively, meaning Tesla came in higher on both.

The company said in early January that its vehicle production for the quarter came in at over 439,700 vehicles. Meanwhile, its deliveries were nearly 405,300.

Musk praised the Tesla team during the earnings call for its performance "despite the fact that 2022 was an incredibly challenging year due to forced shutdowns, very high interest rates and many delivery challenges."

"Thus far in January, we've seen the strongest orders year-to - date than ever in our history. We're currently seeing orders at almost twice the rate of production," he said.

Musk noted it was "hard to say" whether that will continue.

TRUTH!
