If your against cracking down on these juvenile delinquents, you most likely were one. And probably still have trouble behaving.

Absolutely. Fighting the power over 50 years.

I think the old folks who get all excited about "cracking down" on the youth are boot licking wanna be authoritarians.

Rafael Sebastián Guillén Vicente, but it's off topic.

They think conservative Democrats are communists.
That line is certainly shrinking. Especially those familiar with communist tactics that are imposed to achieve control.

Laughing at you simple minded, libtarded sheep, and calling you out every time you espouse those tendencies, is my therapy.

I'm guessing that this Ivey has political ambitions and no appreciation for the lawsuits he's going to use. This is the government takeover that goes unnoticed because its public relations campaign sells it as pro law enforcement and tough on crime. Imagine getting into a fight at school and getting arrested and jailed instead of suspended? Imagine the kids that are seen as disrupters by like minded teachers using the police to pacify them and remove their "leaders." This is the sort of clampdown that exaggerates law enforcement's mission and jurisdiction. These should be school board police cases, filed in juvenile court. The difference between juvenile and adult court is that juvenile seeks to reform and adult seeks to punish. This guy is selling punishment as his solution. Its very popular to create this image that the schools are out of control and kids are mocking the rules and accountability. This is a failure to understand schools and the legal designations that accommodate kids that are seen as educationally problematic, not a discipline problem. Also, imagine this clown trying this routine at private school?

Um, OK. You know what else is evidence of Government wanting to take over? When they consider parents as terrorists.

Which one of our examples actually happened, and which one is just rhetoric, Johnny?

He clearly is politically ambitious but I don't think the Buford T Justice routine is going to play well nationally.

The funny thing is that his little speech was all rhetoric and very little substance. Does he think he's just going to come in to the school and start cracking heads without any pushback?

All cats are beautiful I suppose.

If you don't like your government telling you what to do or how to do it, how do you feel about turning schools into police states where politically ambitious cops get to create the problems and solutions?

I don't. But I also am not making the giant leap and equating discipline equivalence of discipline with police state. Sort of a leap, no?
