Like I said the 'definition' of CO2 as a 'pollutant', and it's legal treatment is a matter of political definition, but that does not change the true science or reality of it's global effects on our climate, and related geopolitical 'side effects'..

Yep, we exhale CO2 with every breath, but overall it accounts for 80% of total greenhouse gas emissions; 20% = methane etc etc.. and it's not coming from living things exhaling.. Power plants, cars etc are the true culprits.

'Defining' something is just a play of words and does not change it's effects - BUT the choice no regulate, or not, does..

Just like the effects of tobacco use were denied by big tobacco forever - until..

The culprits have known about the side effects of CO2 emissions for more than decades but it is not in their financial to fess up - until....

This is old news; big oil, gas & it's puppets, minions, including political bodies like scrotus et al, has been twisting the truth to their benefit, contrary to true science

The SCOTUS also ruled that the EPA had the power to regulate coal CO2 emissions. The SCOTUS 5 reversed that decision.
