The Supremes have, to a point, been the "easy way out" for a lot of issues.

If Everybody has "rights" that are not clearly defined in the Constitution of the United States, then it is up to the Legislature to do their fooking jobs and pass appropriate laws to "codify" everybody's petty wants-and-needs.

Yup, and also make many existing rules that did not go through the proper process such as the Obama clean power initiative illegitimate. Our founding fathers intended new laws/rules to go through congress and the president before becoming law, and now they do.

Splaining away extreme Right bullshit is more fitting.

Take a step back and look at your sources for once. You rant and rave about the media, then base you life on sites like epoch times. Soory dude, but that's fucking hilarious!!

I'm not sure if this will affect executive orders. This is to stop federal agencies such as the EPA from creating new rules.

1) Carbon can't be eradicated from pollution by 2050 because humans are made of carbon.

That's ridiculous. lol

2) Biden hasn't put anything into law. The Clean Power rule was proposed in 2014, and was never made law. The SCOTUS five decision wasn't against Biden.

3) The SCOTUS 5 reversed the 2007 SCOTUS decision to give the EPA the power to control coal plant emissions.

That's ridiculous. lol He does have a point depending how you define zero carbon, we all breath out and fart greenhouse gas. lol

No argument here. SCOTUS decision does stop this proposed rule from hanging over the heads of the power companies.

The existence and importance having a science based 'administrative state', separate from the politically motivated 'legislative state' is very important,,

Nothing is worse than having, bought & paid for, politicians make our 'laws', that are typically not in any way representative of the overall public's values - but getting them into regulations based on fact based science and 'statistics' are total BS..

rc, thought that especially you would be aware of the of consequences of unbridled air pollution..

Wouldn't want these fuckers getting into the technical details of building codes etc.. Zoning etc is one thing, but...

We gotta get the 'privatize the profits and socialize the costs' concept of capitalism away from our 'bought & paid for' politicians.. High time to outlaw lobbyists, and permanently ban politicians from politics who are caught fraternizing with them..

Tuesday's here.. gotta get back to the grind..

The clean air act and the clean air act amendments were handled properly and are very stringent on criteria and HAP pollutants. CO2 is not defined as a pollutant, methane is.

I don't think christians, such as those who have taken control of the court and run the GOP, take stewardship of the environment seriously because they believe in magic; They think their imaginary friend can reset the whole thing whenever.

Exactly. And he can. Just ask the dinosaurs and Noah. I am expecting another reset anytime now. He intends to smite all progs and other weirdos. The world will be better overnight.

Or the world may just become an uninhabitable hell scape where people will long for the sweet release of death.

Humans are the virus, and the Earth is starting to run a fever.

You're right. We need everyone to commit suicide in order to save humanity. Those most dedicated to saving humanity, the greens, progs, dems and the other freaks, must lead by example. After seeing their virtuous sacrifice, we deplorables will follow suit.

Pabs, by ignoring the human impact on the environment, we are collectively committing suicide.

True you may live out your days as a yeoman farmer in Mims, but you are making the decision on behalf of your descendants to make their lives very unpleasant.

Perfect. I am working to save humanity by destroying it. I might just have to commission a statute of myself on my farm so that roaches and whatever else survives will be able to assemble there to thank me. As progs and the Taliban will be vanquished, there will be no one around to tear it down.
