Good news! America has three cities in the top ten!

Given that most of our cities are prog-run hell holes, not unexpected.
Now, I have been to 6 of the cities in the top 10. Some of them are not all of that. I did like Vienna quite a bit. But, I do like German food and beer, so that may have played a part. Frankfort was kind of iffy, but it did have the aforesaid amenities.
