There is a law in criminal search and seizure that says that it does not matter if the police searched and seized items from you illegally if that search and seizure would have been inevitable later. This leak falls under that category. It's information that we would have all known eventually but the GOP recognizes that most people, between 55 to 60% want abortion guaranteed.
