Treatment after getting sick that only works if it is delivered early in the disease. Yeah let's promote that even though it is way more expensive than the available vaccines and more risky. Now it is being bypassed by a variant because it is monoclonal and the variant isn't a monoclonal? Duh. Oh wait. I caught Omicron and barely got sick. My coworker caught Omicron and lost a week of work, but didn't have to go to the hospital. His father-in-law was hospitalized by it and died.

The big difference between me, my co-worker, and his father-in-law? Two of us were vaccinated. Care to guess which two?

Sucks about the father in law. Wonder how his underlying health was? I know shit loads of un vaxed who got the omi, and are fine, just as I know a few vaxxed that were laid up by it. Its like you can't use "vaccinated" as variable....yet you guys still do.

Anyhow, yeah OB. Duh, the mutations present in Omicron render the original vaccine less effective (less effective, not ineffective). The data shows that. I haven't seen anyone challenge that on these boards. Of course the fact that they are working on a vaccine specific to the Omicron mutations has triggered you and the rest of your ilk.
