Well, this was a fun exercise. My initial post was how this is going around the internet, yet there is no objectional data to either discredit and/or validate the claim. That was it.

I was curious to see who would reply with what.....

So far I've learned that Bing isn't what the cool guys use as search engines.

In spite of the only evidence being presented to both substantiate and/or in-validate the claim, is anecdotal and/or circumstantial; prejudiced infused arrogance led to the usual bigoted responses.

Prejudice and arrogance are personality traits that lead to bigotry. And because arrogance and ego go hand in hand, any logic presented to thwart the opinion, results in an attack on the ego. Ego prevents acknowledging the facts being presented to prove the belief is wrong. A man with a weak mind, will respond to logic (aka the attack) by either insulting, doubling down their bigotry, and/or deflecting. They will never admit being wrong, being mislead, or being fooled.

Article cole posted said that he wasn't vaccinated. That is a debunk of the whole opening post that is trying to use such anecdotes to link the vaccine to an outbreak of myocarditis. It is kind of like speculating that SSRIs caused the Las Vegas shooter to go nuts pwhen the guy that did it had taken Valium at some point and there was no record of him having been prescribed an SSRI.

Posting this again for reference rates. Not sure where the "real-time" news of Israel come up with their number. Having to use a translator to attempt to read their article and it looks like they are massing deaths from across sports going back to December 2020 which would predate a lot of vaccinations.

Here's where the 108 and 183 numbers came from and it is amassed from any sports he could find going back to December 2020. Not just FIFA. And the Erikson features prominently even though he didn't even bother to ascertain Erikson's vaccination status prior to publishing? Sloppy would be generous. Deliberate disinfo is more likely. You bother to consider the base rates of cardiac complications in elite sports, especially where PEDs are involved?

Also unvaccinated. Sudden cardiac death is fairly rare but when you crawl the entire web for a year you can amass a list that looks scary. Like people blaming fish kills in California on Fukushima.

Here is a fun article about anti-vax JAQing off pre-covid. I'd say the author is fed up with people spreading disinformation about the relative risks from the vaccine and the illness. Now we have folks saying "I'm not anti-vaccine, I am anti-mandate". And by the way here is why I don't want to take the vaccine. Notice the similarity between their rational and the anti-vaxxers that precede them on MMR and such.

That last one is a really awesome familiar meme that distorts the rational behind advocating for mass vaccination and/or mandatory vaccination like we have in schools.
