You are saying there is a legitimate and physical reason why Trump and his cohorts are refusing the Congressional subpoenas?

I was right.

"It's unclear what was discussed with each representative, but the organizers gave Rolling Stone an example with Gosar, saying he offered them the possibility of receiving a "blanket pardon" to motivate them to plan the rallies."

Bannon, who was not an advisor at the time of the insurrection, shines the Congress with an explanation that requires a current advisor position and current employment with the current president. This might get litigated to drag out but the ending is already written.

Imagine the brain drain from Congress,
if these tools actually pay for their crimes.

20 years ago today (10/26/2001), President Geroge W. Bush signed The USA-PATRIOT Act into law.

The Act provides means for authorities to search without consent, to seize assets and - applicable to the Members of Congress and White House Staff - made it illegal to "provide material support.

It is time Congress acted and called out those plotters of Domestic Terrorism within their own House:

GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (Ga.), Andy Biggs (Ariz.), Paul Gosar (Ariz.), Lauren Boebert (Colo.), Mo Brooks (Ala.), Louie Gohmert (Texas), and Madison Cawthorn (N.C.), along with their congressional staffers.

Former T'rump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows needs his phone records examined and his assets frozen.

Thank you for bringing up another example of our rights being taken away under the guise of "safety". But to your point.....why do you think they haven't just gone and done what you are suggesting?

Haven't you noticed? Democrats have zero killer instinct. When they have majorities, they dither and discuss and make compromise within. Hell, even Nancy Pelosi said "we need a strong Republican Party".

Of course it's theatrical.

Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system.

In biology, such behavior of cells is called "cancer".

Is it too far of a stretch to apply this same sense to the narrative coming from the Feds regarding Covid? Do you really think its about safety?

You think the people who have died are crisis actors? Or maybe you think the US government controls the world and staged the whole thing?

No, I think its a "never let a crisis go to waste" to institute more control. The sooner people realize the elite/government feel they are above the law, and we are becoming the modern day versions of slaves/serfs....the better.

Those named were the ones who took a more active role in the events.

"Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called for the expulsion of any member of Congress who helped plan the storming of the U.S. Capitol after a bombshell report alleged that several Republican lawmakers had co-ordinated with rally organizers.

"Any member of Congress who helped plot a terrorist attack on our nation's capitol must be expelled," the New York congresswoman wrote in a tweet late on Sunday night.

Her comment came after a Rolling Stone report, published on Sunday night, claimed multiple members of Congress had been "intimately involved" in the planning of former President Donald Trump's efforts to overturn his election loss and the January 6 protests, which culminated in the violence at the U.S. Capitol.

Traitors were expelled in 1861 also.
