The question you are trying to pose is whether there was fraud. This is not the real question. There is always some human error and some fraud. The Magacrats have been trying to equate the existence of any fraud or error to disqualify all the results. This is the trick they are sticking with. The false equivalent allows them to pretend to concerned with election integrity when in reality it's a ploy to throw out all votes because their candidate lost. That's why they keep harping on the few examples well after the entire vote was counted snd the mistakes and fraud have been accounted for and discounted. The results are always in question for the Magacrats so they are always claiming that the existence of fraud or mistakes alone prove a prevalence that would have changed the result of the election. This is the lie.
