Police power precedent notwithstanding, I think it was a mistake for the Biden government to do this as a mandate from the Federal Gov. I'd prefer philosophically that it be done locally and not via compulsory vaccination; but rather a vaccine requirement to engage is most, if not all, social functions.

If someone wants to, say, go live out in Mims and only shop at the UnVax store, that should be his right. But no one should be able to attend public school, enter a courthouse, library, or any private business requiring patrons to be vaccinated. And of course an employer has both an economic interest and a safe workplace responsibility should make vaccination mandatory.
