The SCOTUS said THIS case was stupid and had they condoned the school's suspension, schools would be monitoring all do their kids social media. That's why they didn't completely shut the door, they allowed a path where the school can suspend kids for online activities provided that they can prove those activities actually disrupted the school. That's a high bar and it's right where it should be.
