I have two employees that are refusing to get vaccinated. I can't make them mask or get vaccinated. I can make them stay home if they have it. They get it and they are on mandatory leave without pay since they are hourlies with no sick leave benefit.

Medical folks in Tennessee are telling me that "Delta" is not to be played with. By the end of July it could be A Really Big Deal.

In any case, it looks like both Moderna and Pfizer will be fully approved within the next "few" months. Then, businesses and governments will be able to "mandate" vaccination as trey see fit.

Got a similar situation with my coworker this past week. His kid (teenager) got it, transmitted it to the parents (not vaxxed), who brought it to work (north Merritt Island government facility) and possibly gave it to a group of about 10 of. Me & Mrs. Pagerow are vaxxed, but we both had minor symptoms soon after.
