It is happening in Florida because people have finally reached their breaking point with the predictable effects of idiotic prog policies. Never a bad idea to have alternatives. As I have mentioned before, I have another farm in the hills of NC in the event you doomsdayers are right. Don't expect to have to move up there permanently, but I might spend some summer time up there in my dotage. Plenty of water up there too.
