All over. C.A.R.'s December 2020 resale housing report shows that sales increased by double-digits in all major regions in December. The San Francisco Bay Area remained on top with the highest gain of 40.2 percent over last year, followed by Southern California (31.4 percent), The Los Angeles Metro housing market posted a year-over-year increase of 31.6% in single-family home sales. Compared to November 2020, sales were up by 14.3%. http://www.noradarealestate.co...-estate-market/ Will there ever be a time when you do a simple search before you make yourself look like an idiot? lol I'm guessing no. Learn the difference betwen apples and oranges before you take me on. Figure out one of the hottest housing markets in the US before you start talking shit. lol ------------------------- I was right. |

It will be fun to watch NY go further down the toilet. Not so fun to have its refugees overpopulate Florida. But, I have have a place where I can stretch out. And, you progs can sell your houses to them at a great profit when you flee from the rising oceans, and move to shit hole states.

You have a house on the beach. That ain't much of a stretch. Or are you talking about the farm on someone else's land? To be precise, I have three farms. Two are on land owned by my companies and one is on land owned by me individually. The one I own individually is in Western NC. So no schadenfreude for you should the ocean swamp Florida. Emperor porkafeller sez: thanx mommy and daddy! Also: piggy is a former nuclear scientist, a hot raft surfer with a large q-tube following, has a west coast liberal chick named malibu karen. Oh yeah: and an ex-spurt on airline pilot qualifying. And that's just the first three chapters of his fantasy cartoon biography, ghost written by Walter "pigblo" Mitty. It's titled "The Art of the Squeal". Adapted for television as "Keeping up with the Pigdashians" ------------------------- It's a democratic hoax |

So many people are leaving California that the real estate market is booming? lol http://www.redfin.com/city/169...n-Diego/housing-market Yes foreign buyers scooping up American soil. Also comical how you reflect on your "rural" Florida being bulldozed but blast Tpap for living in mims or wherever. I drove through mims they other day and it is fact very nice and rural, everything you're whining about disappearing. Nothing trashy about it like you and your cocoa beach saloon hangout, fucking HYPOCRITICAL FUCK ------------------------- If it’s legal will do it, if it’s not legal, we’ll figure out how to change the law-Joe Biden |

Maybe you were reading this on the wall of a bathroom stall on I-95. There's no source for your dire message provided. I, however, do have sourced information that is as recent as real estate data from February, 2021. New sales up 24% Median sales price up 22% List price received up 2% Days on market down 18% https://www.nysar.com/wp-conte.../NYSAR_MMI_2021-02.pdf So, maybe you're right. People are leaving, but someone is taking the place of those leaving. Yep someone sure is- Even if you can afford to buy a home in the Bay Area, you might get outbid by an anonymous shell company paying cash. Over the years, more American homes have been bought up by these companies, with fewer and fewer homes being owned by individuals and families. And on top of that, we don't even know who owns all of these properties. But the U.S. Treasury Department does - and the folks at Reveal are suing for that information ------------------------- If it’s legal will do it, if it’s not legal, we’ll figure out how to change the law-Joe Biden |

Monthly home sales were also down about a third over July 2021 numbers, with condo sales down more than 35 percent compared to a 27 percent decline for single-family homes ------------------------- If it’s legal will do it, if it’s not legal, we’ll figure out how to change the law-Joe Biden |
