You accuse Pelosi of poisoning the troops. Does she have anything to do with who provides food for the military? No, the military picks the contractor and they provide the food. That means the contractor is overseen by the military, not the House or the Senate or the president, no, they are overseen my the military.

1) Military needs to feed the troops.

2) They hire a company to provide the food. Said company signs a contract from the military. They are called a contractor.

3) They, the contractor, give the food to the troops. If the food is bad, it isn't reported to the president, the House, Pelosi or Felix the fucking cat, it gets reported to the military.
