Hakeem Jeffries and an unidentified journalist during the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol. Robert Lemke was arrested in Northern California after reportedly sending menacing text messages about the 2020 presidential election to the congressman's brother and sister-in-law, according to a federal criminal complaint filed in New York.
