At least 75 protesters marched toward the Portland Police Association (PPA) office on Monday night with "support vehicles" in tow, before setting fire to a nearby billboard, according to authorities.

When they arrived, at around 10:20 p.m., police warned those in the area over a loudspeaker to remain on the sidewalk, and "be courteous to your neighbors" because the nearby streets around the police union building were open to vehicular traffic.

"Do not vandalize buildings," police added.

Police said individuals stood on the sidewalks while others blocked N. Lombard Street. They added that the group also used traffic signs to block the street and some climbed onto the roofs of businesses in the area.

Around 11:15 p.m., authorities said that people in the crowd set fire to a billboard located next to the PPA office.

The billboard reportedly read, "WAKE UP AMERICA!" and "THANK YOU PORTLAND POLICE BUREAU," before it was engulfed in flames, according to Oregon Public Broadcasting reporter, Sergio Olmos.

Portland police issued another warning to the crowd minutes later where they threatened to arrest people who engaged in criminal activity.

"Stay off buildings, do not light fires, and remain on the sidewalk. If you engage in criminal activity you could be arrested and subject to use of force to include crowd control agents, impact weapons, and/or tear gas," authorities said.

The crowd began to disperse on their own by 12:15 a.m, according to police. Authorities said they did not interact with the protesters with the exception of a sound truck.

No arrests were made, police added.

The PPA building has become a frequent target during the ongoing protests in the city against racial injustice. Back in August, fires were set near the building which required officers to move in to prevent it from spreading, police said at the time.

In September, a Portland police sergeant was sent to the hospital and at least 24 people were arrested after demonstrators gathered outside the building. The sergeant sent to the hospital was reportedly punched in the face.

Hunter Biden's ex-business partner, Bevan Cooney, flipped on the alleged criminal enterprise working within the Biden family. President Trump prefers to refer to it as the "Biden Crime family."

Cooney provided access from prison to over 26,000 emails to Breitbart senior contributor Peter Schweizer and his team. Bevan Cooney is currently serving time for his illegal financial dealings connected to Hunter Biden and his other business partner Devon Archer.

Cooney provided the Breitbart team with access to his Gmail account to help prove the information leaked from Hunter Biden's laptop by the NY Post is accurate and not part of a 'Russian disinformation' campaign to sway our elections. Cooney allowed full access to his account because he felt that the Biden clan let him be the "fall guy" for all of the illegal and immoral financial deeds.

On Breitbart's SiriusXM radio show, Peter Schweizer said that Bevan Cooney had offered access to the emails in 2019 but never followed through after he ended up not going to jail.

Now it looks as if Devan Archer is no longer going to escape jail time after an appellate court ruled to "reinstate" Archer's conviction and is now awaiting his sentencing. The last piece of this puzzle was the Hunter Biden side of the story, which the entire world now has.

Schweizer says that the information found on the laptop will be published in a series of reports. These reports will handle information from deals directly involving compensation for Joe Biden from China for help on business deals. It also contains pay-for-play scams with Hunter Biden, his business partners, and the former Vice President Joe Biden in Russia, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Iraq.

In his interview, Peter Schweizer said that the information uncovered from the emails shows the "Biden business model." He says the business model that the Biden family live by seems to be "trading off the Biden name, the Biden connections and the Biden access."

Schweizer says the reports will contain more than just a "reporting" of the content of the emails as it will contain the actual emails for people to "read them themselves." Schweizer says that these 26,000 emails are different from those obtained by the NY Post and that his team at Breitbart has not had access to the NY Post information.

On whether these emails are real, Schweizer says, "these are not printouts, these are not PDFs - we actually go into the Gmail account and pull the emails out and download them. They are timestamped. These are real. These are genuine."

Why hasn't Hunter Biden been arrested yet?

Devon Archer is currently awaiting sentencing after being convicted for the same crimes these emails are alleging are true. Bevan Cooney was convicted and sentenced for these crimes showed in these emails.

Did Obama know this was going on? If not, why not?

Was former President Barak Obama willingly turning a blind eye to corruption? What part, if any, did Obama play in helping to cover up this fraud? Who is the "Big guy" referenced in all of these emails?
