This has all of the hallmarks of the patented Roger Stone ratfuck. A swing state's ballots are found in the trash, they are votes for Trump, which is supposed to be irrelevant and the announcement of the investigation by the DOJ surprised everyone because the DOJ is not supposed to reveal the existence of ongoing investigations, like Comey did when he gave the election to Trump with his eleventh hour revelation that the DOJ was investigating Hillary.
