Sadly when you are the DNR you have to do a lot of stupid shit for appearance. Why does this DNR director instruct that his staff wear masks on zoom meetings that are visible to the public? It is because if DNR doesn't do that then you people will instead crow SEE THEY ARE MAKING THE PUBLIC WEAR MASKS BUT THEY AREN'T WEARING MASKS. Problem with DNRs all over is that they are political and aren't allowed to tell the public to go fuck itself when the public is being stupid. It is a huge problem for our DNR equivalent whether it is its lack of balls to stand up to the retareded bunny huggers regarding bear management or telling the MAGAs to shut the fuck up when they are spreading stupid conspiracy theories about aquatic plant management. You limit access to a lake to ease fishing pressure and they bitch about that. You don't limit access and the same people bitch that the lake is too crowded. I think we need to dissolve DNR and just have a free for all.
