100,000 projected to die in December and 99% of them are preventable today. The cognitive dissonance is astounding.

You guys are lying to yourselves by telling yourself that a virus knows what someone's political affiliation is or how smart they are.
No idea why you guys have such a hard-on for this bike rally but couldn't give two shits how many people died from Covid after attending Lollapalooza or after the George Floyd protests. ------------------------- "The government who robs Peter to pay Paul can always depend on the support of Paul," - George Bernard Shaw “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f—k things up.” - Barack Obama “End of quote. Give the COVID time; many more are to succumb to the dumb. Just like Russian collusion - always just around the corner. Bill Barr can't cover this one up. Each morning just open the paper and count the dead dum-dums. "Marc Bernier, a conservative Florida radio host who dubbed himself "Mr. Anti-Vax," died after a three-week battle with COVID-19. He was 65. His death was the third this month among conservative talk show hosts outspoken against the coronavirus vaccine." ------------------------- Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system. His death should concern you. It was preventable. He was a voter and he had an audience. As this keeps happening, that votes and the audience are evaporating.

Well, Blacks are one of the most un-vaccinated groups. PhD's are the highest un-vaccinated educational level. Both of those groups are heavily dem. Best get your own house in order before worrying about us. Black people have precedent to distrust the government on vaccines, that takes time. I'm not sure why the "Piled high and deep" folks would take risks like that. What's your source? ------------------------- Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system. Looking at it analytically, as opposed to emotionally, the odds of something real bad happening isn't great. That might be what's happening with Phds. I'd be careful drawing conclusions from that data, it seems an assumption is being made that a PhD is "the most educated" even over professional degrees like JD (MD isn't mentioned specifically). Even then, 3 out of 4 are getting vaccinated. I'm not trying to dig on anyone here, but I've not found PhD to correlated necessarily with intelligence. Many of my Euro colleagues have PhD's because their educational systems support it for free, while most Americans have to get a paying job and need student loans to seek terminal degrees. ------------------------- Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system. Compare Sturgis to the images of college football opening with thousands packed together, mostly maskless--where is the libtard outrage?

The PHD's involved were something like two percent of those studied. It's a non starter as far as statistics go. It's also easy to see that Republicans don't venture out very much; Black and Hispanic communities are still masking and social distancing, unlike the unvaxxed Always Trumpers. ------------------------- I was right. |
