Read the whole thing last night. I will summarize it for those who work and don't have the inclination to read New Yorker articles when they get home. It says, an Alfa Bank computer was pinging a Trump co. related computer in 2016. That may indicate communications between the two or it may not. This was disclosed back in 2016 and this article adds nothing to our knowledge about anything.
BTW, the New Yorker is non-partisan? Don't think so.

Actually, it says more than that.
The Trump server vanished four days after the original article was released. It also helps explain why the FBI investigation is taking so long; lots and lots of info to comb through. ------------------------- I was right. Edited: 10/09/2018 at 07:03 AM by Cole |

It says exactly that. Obviously, given the length of the article, there is a bunch of details, but it comes down to what I said it said.

This is why Trump was harping on Hillary's missing server. Projection. He destroyed this server and had assurances that once it was gone, it was gone forever. He accused Hillary of what he was doing. Again.

No, FK, this time the progs are on to something. Though their dreams of bringing down Trump (where is that "Trump is going down thread?), have been dashed a thousand times, this is the one that will finally do it. Progs, time to start popping the champagne corks. Hell, go out there and riot, beat old people up, claw on doors, direct traffic, threaten GOP folks with death, and call everyone in the world a racist. Your time has finally arrived. Hahahahahaha.

I take great pleasure in knowing that the two GOP pervs in the news (Twitler and Kav) aren't able to follow their instincts. Kav will no longer be able to do anything but hang with his wife when you know he want's to get $hit faced with his boys and mess with women. And Twitler? I guess Karen McDougall still loves him and his wife is in Africa... but he's holed up in bed with his iphone and a quarter pounder and fries.

Russia is our friend, said almost no one. That one guy that confused our national interests with his personal interests thinks they are our friend and probably has since before he was elected.

I know I hit a home run when Trumpablo defends.
He defended for good reason: Examining records for the Trump domain, Max's group discovered D.N.S. lookups from a pair of servers owned by Alfa Bank, one of the largest banks in Russia. Alfa Bank's computers were looking up the address of the Trump server nearly every day. There were dozens of lookups on some days and far fewer on others, but the total number was notable: between May and September, Alfa Bank looked up the Trump Organization's domain more than two thousand times. "We were watching this happen in real time - it was like watching an airplane fly by," Max said. "And we thought, Why the hell is a Russian bank communicating with a server that belongs to the Trump Organization, and at such a rate?" Ouch! It's Mueller time. ------------------------- I was right. |

What are crossover Trump voters thinking at this stage of the game? They voted for a change, which is understandable, but what do they think when the guy they went out on a limb for lies directly to their face, then tries to cover his track by instructing his subordinates to lie in his stead?
No respect for the voter. No respect for our institutions. No respect for the rule of law. ------------------------- I was right. |

What is the Supreme Court talking about today that involves a foreign owned business trying to fight a Mueller subpoena? Maybe nothing, the SCOTUS takes up insignificant cases all the time, right?
Could it be Alpha Bank? ------------------------- Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system. In biology, such behavior of cells is called "cancer". |
