This is my favorite Stooges. My wife gave me a "Worlds Forgotten Boy" Tshirt for a b'day present in the last century.

Thanks slimy. Awesome. What that must have been like in CBGBs live?

In the 70's there was an interview with Iggy's mom in the Sunday Supplement. She was glad she kept up his health insurance (since he was prone to diving off stage on to broken glass).

Piggy loves Iggy........and putin too.......lol.
There was so much other really good music at the time, seemed b-list at the time.
Never really had much interest in watching a guy in huggy pants anyway, clash and Elvis were more to my liking.
Jeff Beck, Billy Cobham, chick corea, mcclaughlin, knack, police, pretenders, Joe Jackson, Graham Parker, etc. were current then. He had couple good songs tho.
I recently watched a a bourdain episode with the igster though, seemed like he got the drift on who and what he was, interesting.....

Saw him at Brassy's and the dude was a serious showman. The tee shirts said Raw Fucking Power on the back. I can't believe I didn't buy one.

I like a bunch of his stuff - both solo and with the Stooges, but The Passenger has a haunting aspect that sets it away from the others.

I was right.
