UM was laughing that they studied the gators offense and determined that they seemed to run the same 6 to 8 plays over and over and over. So they defended those plays so well they quit using the safeties. How is it that a team in the SEC can be so one dimensional in this day and age? I'm watching Kentucky get pushed around by South Carolina and I think the gators can beat Kentucky. South Carolina looks pretty damn good.

Gators' mid-season turnaround is my bright spot for the 2024 season. DJ Lagway is going to be great

Let's take stock. I was wrong. I never saw the gators beating LSU or Ole Miss. These wins are not one off losses. The defense is playing incredible and Lagway is a genuine talent. I gave them 3 games they have six and now that FSU cannot play the role of spoiler, they will get their asses kicked like the 2-9 team they are. A 7 win season in what everyone agrees is the hardest schedule in all of college football. I can't believe I'm saying it but maybe Napier has proven he deserves to stay and deserves a lot of credit for a bowl game season. Pretty incredible turnaround.
