The biggest thing so far is that the "farthest away/oldest" galaxies DO NOT look the way that the Big Bang Theory says they should.

One of the "new" theories is that the Universe IS NOT expanding and everything IS NOT moving away from everything else. And, as such, a lot of "red shift" is not what we thought it was.

I don't think we have a comprehensive cosmology that accounts for the new data. We really need to adapt our physics to account for the new information.
