Need to paint the exterior of a house and don't have the time or feel like doing this myself.

Anybody have any recommendations for someone who does quality work, is reliable, and whose prices are fair?

Thanks!

Call the local Sherwin Williams and ask them for some referrals. Let them know your personal parameters are and they should be able to give you a few referrals that fit the bill.

Frank Pasik - Painting By Frank. Good guy, been house painting locally for long time.

Worth giving a call for sure.

Just wanted to follow up on this thread.

I got quotes from several different painting contractors. Some from this thread, some from the recommendation of the local SW store, and some from friends who had good luck with their painting contractors. The price variance among the quotes was pretty wide, surprisingly so. (definitely get several quotes if you are getting a house painted!!)

I ended up going with Frank Pasik.
His prices were in the middle, but more importantly he communicated well, obviously knew his craft and took pride in his customers satisfaction, returned calls promptly, and we found out we had some common interests and friends which was cool. It is a family business and his son and his crew painted the house and a detached building. It now looks wonderful. They did a great job, and were very polite and considerate during the process. No fuss, no dramas.

I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Very satisfied.
Thank you Paddelout for the recommendation.
